Our response time is 4-6 hours and we warehouse all major parts for the machines we sell. Service Plus services all brands of copiers, printers, fax, and plotters. As your local office machines professionals, our service technicians are factory trained and have direct access to technical support via the manufacturers.
Supplies: Service Plus carries supplies for all brands of copiers, fax, and printers, and will match any local vendor’s price. We also warehouse most supplies for quick delivery.
Preventative Maintenance: Our maintenance agreement customers are provided with preventative maintenance on their machines every 90 days. What this means is that one of our technicians is out to check, clean, oil, replace or repair parts, and test the machine every 3 months, whether a service call is placed or not. In this way, we catch many service calls even before they are placed.
Networking: We offer networking of the machines we sell and provide installation on your network. We provide network troubleshooting after the sale also.
Leasing: If you prefer to lease a machine, we can provide your company with several lease options. Please call us for details.
In Shop Repairs: We offer drop off in-shop repairs with a minimal diagnostic fee which is then applied to the cost of the repair. This is a great way to see if your machine is worth repairing.
Moving Machines: Service Plus can disassemble, transport, and reassemble your machines during your move. Please call for details.
